Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your coaching time is reserved specifically for you. To keep the schedule fair and respectful for all clients, please review the following policy before booking. 1:1 Coaching Sessions If you need to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice — including missed appointments or no-shows — will be charged in full. I completely understand that unexpected situations can happen, and whenever possible I’ll always aim to be reasonable and supportive. However, late cancellations leave appointment times that are difficult to fill and impact the availability for other clients. Coaching Packages For clients on coaching packages, sessions can absolutely be rescheduled when needed. I simply ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to move your session. Sessions within a package that are cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice may be counted as used and will not automatically be replaced.
